You may check-in any time after 4pm and you must check-out prior to 10am on the day of your departure.
Unfortunately, our thorough cleaning process requires the entire time between check-in and check-out so we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. At times, if we don’t have another guest checking out the same day, it is possible to get an early check-in but we won’t be able to guarantee or confirm until the day of your check-in.
For the safety of our current guests, the address, door code, and driving directions will be sent in a separate email approximately 5 days before check-in.
We get you started with:• 1 roll of paper towels• 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom• 1 dishwasher pod• 1 laundry detergent pod• Mini dish detergent• 2 kitchen trash bags• Travel/hotel size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion in each bathroom.
All of our properties have fully stocked kitchens. You will be provided with a wide assortment of cooking items. We have basic pots and pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave, eating utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, wine glasses, etc. If you require a more specific item we suggest you bring it along.
We supply a pack ’n play collapsible crib but no sheet is provided. Please bring your own sheet. If you need more specific items, please feel free to order on babyquip.com
Unfortunately, we don’t. It’s too hard to keep dry with the frequent thunderstorms in the area. Please be sure to pick up some starter logs and firewood at the grocery store or gas station on your way in. They are widely available in the area.
We do allow up to 2 medium size dogs at some of our properties. Be sure to check the specific property page to see if dogs are allowed there. A non-refundable pet fee is charged to all guests bringing a dog. This is to allow for a more intensive cleaning after your stay for guests without pets or allergies.
Yes, our hot tub is fully drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay.
Each cabin has high speed WiFi available for guest use free of charge.
Yes, all bed linens are provided for our guests. All beds will be fully made with fresh linens and ready for you when you arrive. Bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels are also provided.
Most of our cabins have access to a community pool near the cabin. There are cabins without community pools so please refer to property descriptions to see if your specific cabin has pool access.All community pools are generally open from Memorial Day Weekend in May through Labor Day Weekend in September. This is weather dependent and subject to change.Big Bear, Papa Bear, Mountain Bearadise & Can’t Bear to Leave are in Chalet Village, we have 3 community pools and clubhouses. All roads to the cabins are well maintained and paved. However, it is the Smoky Mountains and a part of the beauty are the winding roads which involve, at times, steep roads.
Only if snow or ice conditions are present. It’s basically a rule of thumb for all mountain roads in this area, that if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
Yes! Some have propane connected to large propane tanks so there is no need to worry about running out. Some of the cabins have charcoal grills. For the cabins with charcoal grills, we do not provide briquettes.

We are very sorry we do not allow any events or parties at the cabins. The county has strict occupancy limits which align with the cabin guest counts and we are unable to exceed them.
We require guests to be over the age of 25 years old for insurance requirements.
All cabins are non-smoking. If you choose to smoke, we have receptacles outside the cabins but do not allow smoking in hot tubs, decks or inside the cabins.
